A portrait timeline of my roleplay character, Gerard. Yes, Gerard from MyChemicalRomance. It was originally based off the video for Ghost of You. The time for this spans over about 10 years in the roleplay and 3 years in real life.
Though he did start out as very one dimensional, through the years he has become my own and unique. He's not Gerard from MCR anymore, he's Gerard the demon king. 1. Starting out in the war. USO singer. 2. (I got lazy on this one.) c. 1944 Killed in combat. Comes back to lead an undead army hellbent on revenge. Like zombies, but cooler. 3. He was slacking. Satan didn't like it. There was an explosion. God found him and made him an angel. 4. His roots in evil are still too deep. He falls from Grace. 5. Completely changed back. Under the command of another demon. Wife dies. 6. c. 1952 Life is more mellow. Wife returns pregnant. They have a girl. Meets Bert. Tries to reform the army. He becomes more aggressive; blood-thirsty. Saws off wife's wings, makes them into a boa. 7. A little over a year later. Works his way to the top. Becomes king over the city of demons. Cocky. Vain. Loves pink. Kisses boys. Wife leaves. He's killed by his nemesis, Jericho, an angel. 8. Goes to trial in Hell. Granted a second chance but with limited power. Apparently he walks around naked now. All of them don't follow the laws of proportion very well. =/ I'd started this in like October of last year and it has sat in my things to do folder all this time. The story would make a great book, my favourite chapter would be the one where he saws off his wife's wings, could be really sybolistic.
